This Notification Form applies to Seenergy Sp.Zoo (hereinafter referred to as ‘Seenergy’) as the sole distributor of soundmachines branded products and explains how we handle personal information and comply with the applicable General Data Protection Regulations.

We collect personal information from customers (existing and prospective), suppliers and other individuals for legitimate business purposes. The types of personal information we will collect from you will depend on the circumstances in which that information is collected. It may include, without limitation:

If you are receiving promotional information from us and do not wish to receive this information any longer, please contact us at info@sound-machines.it with your request, including sufficient details to enable Seenergy to action your request.
Contacting us
You can send an email to info@sound-machines.it at any time stating your desire to have your data erased or rectified by Seenergy or if you wish to restrict the use of your data as well as to have Seenergy transmit your data to another organization. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time. In any case, Seenergy will not store your data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is collected unless otherwise required by law. In this respect, any data of Seenergy’s customers will be erased if they are not complete and/or in the event that no business transactions have taken place between customers and Seenergy for a period of three years.
